So guess what?  The weekend W.O.D. will involve rowing!  Here ya' go!

Warm Up:
1 lap around the building, Squats x 15, Samson Stretch Steps x10, Push Ups x10, Hollow Rocks x15

Buy In/Cash Out
20 situps

W.O.D.
Row 500 Meters (make sure C2 display reads Meters in large number section)
Push Ups x12

5 rounds for Tx
