Thursday W.O.D. - I'm not Irish

One of these days we will have our own BOX
Perhaps this would be a good event to host??
W.O.D.
**This training can easily be performed in a driveway, parking lot or field.

  • 5 RFT (Rounds For Time) of the following movements;
  • Bear Crawl x40 yards
  • Burpee x15
  • 10 yard T-Drill x 3 
10 Yards Forward from START to top of T
Then 5 yards Left Then 10 Yards to
the other side - Back to the middle and
Back-Peddle to START
