The Wolfpack had a great morning!
  • W.O.D. consisted of 4 athletes: Each take turn Pushing 135# Prowler Sled x40 yds, Air Squats while you wait. 2 rounds.

  • Rob - Gradual Load Increase to 275# - Sumo
  • Johnny - Gradual Load Increase to 345# - Mixed Grip/Standard
Joe & Trey did MetCon/Gymnastic Triplet consisting of 400m Row @ 2min avg. + 40 Singles/Jumprope + 15 Games Push Ups: 3 rounds for Tx
