tough start....after 10 minutes of work I found a groove of closing the round at approx. 26 seconds left on the minute. Ring Push-Ups...got a bit sick to my stomach with 10 minutes left - washed it back with some water. All unbroken...very pleased to finish with time left on the clock. Next time I will try with vest or games push-ups.
ReplyDeleteDid 10 round unbroken and within the min. After that I just kept on 'working'. Tried to modify count/form to stay within the min, but by 16/17 min it all became a blur i.e. I fell apart. Next time I will be very afraid.
ReplyDeleteMade it through 16 minutes on pace, but transitioned to negative pullups. Next 10+ rounds at 1.15 pace. Last few rounds at 1.30 pace. I found games pushups were easier to complete as it kept me in the plank pose. Really need to improve pullup. Lack of strength is frusrating.

ReplyDeleteMissed 2 somewhere between 16 and 25. Tore at 25, switched to supine. Made up the three rounds after 30 min mark. Let's not do this again for a long time.
