STRENGTH:
**Partner Up & Start w/ moderate Load - Get to 80% of 1rm and perform the following:
  • Front Squat - 3-3-3-3-3
  • Shoulder Press - 3-3-3-3-3

  1. Infidel? This term is widely used throughout religious history mainly in the Muslim and Catholic faiths. CrossFitter's have embraced the term as a knock against the mainstream fitness population. The Merriam-Webster definition #3 is this; 3: a disbeliever in something specified or understood. Apply that to the "Globo-Gym" such as L.A. Fitness. Therefore, the term "INFIDEL", is essentially a middle finger to the mainstream fitness society. Better put: Our Science works - Your shit doesn't.
