BREAK THE MOLD

Read the words on the tag pictured above.....process the words in that fucked up mind of yours (wow-that didn't take long----for me to drop the F-bomb that is).  Now relate them to something in your life. Anything.  What comes to mind?  I found this attached to a new pair of shoes I just received from a friend.  Think you're gonna get through this post without hearing what comes to my mind? Talk about a fucked up head.  Now before you go off and say "Geezus Johnny....does everything in your life come back to CrossFit?" - Just hear me out!  It is just so clearly obvious that CrossFit relates to damn near every facet of life.  If you read the tag and don't think of CrossFit then I don't like you anymore and you're asshole! (it's okay if I call you asshole - I say it to all my friends - If I don't call you an asshole at some point it means I truly can't stand you)  As soon as I read the tag - it hit me.  The sentence is so CrossFit!  "If the past is a blueprint for the future, then "WE" just broke the mold."  WE broke the mold.  WE break it everyday.  Every time WE enter the box or the garage or the office or wherever it is WE happen to train/work on any given day - WE continue to prove this statement.  Always evolving, not just once or twice but constantly.  The fight to get better is something that we must embrace everyday in life......and.....in CrossFit.  There are days when WE want nothing to do with the fight, and then WE show up and do something amazing.  In those situations WE are left to wonder how long we can continue this positive evolution.  Stop wondering.  Accept it at face value.  It's hard data that if WE are constantly evolving and applying new ways to get better, then together WE will continue to break the mold. That goes for life and CrossFit....am I right? OR am I right?  Let's hear it one more time - If the past is a blueprint for the future, then WE just broke the mold.  I highly recommend WE keep breaking it......be present.....forget the past.....WE are so far ahead of it now.

PEACE
Stay Strong!
-Johnny
