POWER SQUAT CLEAN
 *Pay attention to the order of this Olympic Lift
**Notice: The back set position at the START and the 1st PULL followed by FULL HIP EXTENSION at 2nd PULL then the VIOLENT DROP to the RECEIVING or CATCH position with the bar finally resting in
the RACK position while in the SQUAT. All that remains for the lifter is to stand up the FRONT SQUAT.

Learn it's order, practice it mentally and finally execute it physically.  It's a beautiful thing!
