THREAT THIRTY


The THREAT THIRTY is a scaled version of CrossFit's famous benchmark W.O.D. affectionately known as "THE FILTHY FIFTY".  We will execute the same exact movements in the same exact order less 20 repetitions....hence the name.  Come ready to play hard!

30 Kettle Bell swings (16kg)
30 Walking Lunges
30 Knees to Elbows
30 Push Press (45lb)

30 Wall Ball shots (20lb ball)
30 Burpees
30 Double Unders (or 60 singles)
