**Perform the following movement/rep scheme with a 45# Bar
Back Squat
x12 (Med Ball Target)
Barbell Split Jerk
x9
Push Up (Hands on Barbell)
x7
**7 Rounds for Tx
**Hands NEVER leave the bar
during the round. Doing so will result in a 3 burpee penalty per infraction.
