Interesting peer reviewed data from Clinical Cardiology. Some of it is over our heads, but the majority of it is clear, we can no longer continue to eat Neolithic/Processed Foods as if our bodies have evolved enough to know how to respond.....they don't know how and therefore won't respond, at least not favorably.
GET ON AND STAY ON
I know that some of you have fallen off the wagon with respect to nutrition, maybe not far, but you probably could tighten up your diet....you always can. I think it's time that you truly determine the nutritional needs as they relate to you, the individual.
As athletes, we're always evolving.
Always trying to find new ways to perform better. When it comes to human performance, we tend to work in waves. If we work into a trough of bad habits, then our production is usually minimal at best. If we routinely work hard and apply good habits to our work, our body responds by delivering a positive outcome that is relevant to the objective. This however only holds true if we are fueling the machine properly and optimally. Good fuel? Good result.
I am a huge fan of the Paleolithic Diet
Why? Personally for me, I feel better, I function better, I recover better. These statements hold true for both my physical and mental state, the latter is still in question. But in the end, only I can deliver details and focus to my own needs, for there is nobody on this earth that knows me better than I know me and my body.
It's time that you get to know YOU.
