**There are three reasons NOT to ignore this W.O.D.
- It honors our HERO - Navy Seal "Jeffery S. Taylor"
- In keeping with a constantly varied theory to eliminate periodization, this is a domain we must visit on rare occasions....this is one of those occasions! It is what is known as an interference domain. Interference, in the case of this W.O.D., exists with 3 movements all involving Pushing & Extension.
- This is a chance to perform at your best in a rare domain. Make it count!
21-15-9 reps of:
Handstand push-ups (sub = 30 second hold)
Ring dips (sub = Chair Dips - Using 3 chairs, place hands and feet all on seperate chairs - dip beyond 90 degrees)
Push-ups (standard - full extension - chest to deck)
