Great work today Wolfpack!
Foam rolling and air squats for some tight hips from yesterday's W.O.D.
Warmed up with shoot throughs and Bulgarian Bag Complexes - Great stuff!
Today we learned how to properly load the Box Squat and performed 3-3-3-3-3 of 70% 1rm. We followed this up with work on the Track....CFFB D-W.O.D. Sprinting was a nice change today.
**If you get the chance today, take 15 to 20 minutes and perform any one or combination of gymnastic movements as we didn't have time to work that in today.
