Thursday - Strength

Wolfpack:

I will assume that the rack was comfortable this morning. While you were home biting your pillow....

I trained Muscle Ups + Ring Handstand PushUps last Thursday, therefore I supplemented a strength day with interval MetCon. W.O.D. Consisted of the following post warm-up:
  • 50 airsquats (unbroken)
  • Behind the Neck Push-Jerk 95x3, 135x3, 155x3, 175x3, 185x3
  • Back Squat Between all Push-Jerk Sets: Same rep scheme +205x3, 225x3, 225x3, 225x3
  • 10 second L-Sit Holds between all sets +20 ghd back extensions +20 Double Unders

  1. Funny boy. I was up and rearing to hit the 400s, but went to work instead. Plus I needed a little rest from miscalculating my overheard squats yesterday. Instead of 65#, I grabbed the 25# plates jumping my squats to 95#. Didn't notice until the end. Idiot.

    I posted our results yesterday but they don't seem to be anywhere.
