What does it take...
To spread the word on constantly varied, functional movement conducted at high intensity?
To break down your mental barriers and move past the pain instead of stopping?
To take the time to stretch properly?
To read as much as you can about good body mechanics in order to move better?
To push harder in a MetCon?
To incorporate strength on a regular basis so your 1rm always gets better?
To hold a hollow position when necessary....even when you're tired?
To get through to those around you to do the right thing when it comes to fitness?
To call bullshit on yourself and do it over?
To look at yourself in the mirror and be able to truly say "I did my very best today"?
To realize that alcohol is not a part of a performance nutrition plan?
To incorporate that movement you despise into your training plan at least once a week?
To teach those that are close and dear to you how to squat properly?
To regard food as the foundation of fitness?
To check your age and ego at the door prior to training?
To congratulate a fellow athlete on their effort?
To approach a new athlete at the box and introduce yourself to them and others?
To realize that it's easier to be nice than it is to be mean and it takes less energy?
To have faith in something and practice it thoroughly?
Keep moving. Stay focused. Create your Evolution.
