The use of foam rollers has exploded over the past ten years and will continue to increase.  Foam rollers are a small investment to make to see a potentially significant decrease in the number of soft tissue/ non-contact injuries.  There are a few available at KoR, just ask the front desk and make sure to return the roller when you're finished.  You can purchase your own, which I highly recommend, for anywhere from $10-$50.  Simply having one around the house when you need one is a great thing!  See your KoR trainer for further help.
