**ANGIE is a pain in the ass when it comes to "Nasty Girl WODS". I typically cringe a little when I hear or see her name show up on the Programming Board....so you can start cringing now. She's a bodyweight instensive w.o.d. coupled with compound movements and gymnastic elements. Throw in some MetCon and you have yourself a winner. This W.O.D. can be performed by completing 100 reps before moving onto the next movement, OR "Rounder Style". We will perform the latter of the two methods simply by completing 10 reps of each movement for a total of 10 rounds. Should be fun! Get your mind right and let's do some work Thursday!!!!!!!
