SHOVEL SNOW TODAY - Be conscious of your body position. Switch right to left. Use your hips and legs and keep your back tight. Power is generated from core to extremity.....put it to use. And for those of you that don't like to shovel, or pay for it to be done, move something heavy today with good technique in mind.
