Shoulder/Hip Mobility : **Free Elements

**Free Elements Defined: Stretches that you have learned over the course of our time together.  Utilizing dynamic movement and full Flexion/Extension for complete Range Of Motion (ROM) - Use your head in preparation of the W.O.D.  -No shortcuts.  15 minutes is typical time frame associated with the Wolfpack warm-up.
