Wolfpack:

Today hopefully served as a tune-up for the week to come. 

The Bulgarian Bag Complex (BBC) is becoming a staple in the warm-up.  It serves well for mobility in both hips and shoulders as well as a heart rate elevator, which, in my opinion, is a necessity for a solid CF Warm-Up.  **Make sure that you do not neglect your other dynamic bodyweight movements for warming up. 

The football w.o.d. was a perfect screw up on my part....we were supposed to work through 5 rounds for Tx.  Regardless, the movements were there and we had added volume with our  BBC warm-up. 

Mainsite W.O.D.  was strong on all fronts.  Not a real burner and well within everyone's domain.  Embrace today as there are not too many of these in the arsenal.  Just as the picture above states....."The only easy day was yesterday".
