We all have those days in the CrossFit lifestyle where we come into the box and look at the W.O.D. and say "Really?". That "Really" domain is one we need to visit occasionally. It is important to embrace that which we do not particularly care for. For it is within that brutal reality that the outcome is usually a positive one. Whether physical or mental, you will carry the benefits with you to the next challenge. Always getting better! Staying the same and/or getting worse is not the norm in our world. I like where we've been, I like where we're at now and I especially like where we're going. We train for the unknown and the unknowable. Keep it up Wolfpack! Tomorrow's another day.
