My BlackBerry went schizo earlier and lost all the data re; how the W.O.D. was scaled by each of you, so please plug it into comments just so we have a measurment of the work performed today.

  • Leg Swings Forward & Lateral x15 each
  • FOR Tx:45# Barbell Thruster x21 + 1 burpee, Thruster x15 +1 burpee, Thruster x9 +1 burpee
Skill
  • Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat x1+2  x3 Rounds
W.O.D.
10 to 1 Ladder for Tx
  • Muscle Ups (sub dips + pull ups)
  • Deadlift 225# (scale as needed)

  3. Thruster Warm-Up 1:31 **22:23 Rx'd. Solo due to coaching. Walked 40ft. to & from studio for Rings. Tore left palm/heel. Good rest last night - morning fast til' 9am...water w/dash of sea salt only. Snatch Balance+OHS went to 155# (easy 1+2).

  4. Tuesday - scaled: 40 lbs ground-to-overhead, knees-to-elbow and sit-ups. The rest was Rx.

    Scaled with dips & spu. Deadlift at 205 lbs for 7 rounds, 155 lbs last 3 rounds. Need to concentrate on form.
