ReplyDeleteThruster Warm-Up 1:31 **22:23 Rx'd. Solo due to coaching. Walked 40ft. to & from studio for Rings. Tore left palm/heel. Good rest last night - morning fast til' 9am...water w/dash of sea salt only. Snatch Balance+OHS went to 155# (easy 1+2).
ReplyDeleteTuesday - scaled: 40 lbs ground-to-overhead, knees-to-elbow and sit-ups. The rest was Rx.

ReplyDeleteScaled with dips & spu. Deadlift at 205 lbs for 7 rounds, 155 lbs last 3 rounds. Need to concentrate on form.
